Tips On Booking

We have 3 options for you to purchase your next holiday from us and I have set up tips for you to consider before you buy. You must be over 18 to purchase or bid on our website.

Booking On Line

Always check the specials pages first, this is under the Auctions / Specials menu. For Overseas properties always ask for a FREE package quote you may be surprised. Bali, Phuket and Fiji are some of our biggest selling destinations and it is FREE to ask.

Booking on line direct is a great way to purchase your next holiday and have a confirmed booking within minutes, but there are a few rules we must let you in on.

All bookings for 1 bedrooms prices are based on 2 people. An extra person will be charged at a per night rate unless stated in the package rate.

All bookings for 2 bedrooms prices are based on 4 people. An extra person will be charged at a per night rate unless stated in the package rate.

All bookings for 3 bedrooms prices are based on 6 people. An extra person will be charged at a per night rate unless stated in the package rate.

All other rooms should have the number of people permitted to stay for the price listed. Please be aware that the same as all websites that if you book a 2 bedroom as an example for 4 – 5 people and show up with 8 - 10 people the property has the right to cancel your reservation or sell you an extra room at their discretion. Please be aware that Australia has Health and Safety Laws for hotels, resorts and holiday lettings to adhere to.

Prices are at the properties discretion and are listed by the properties which also includes last minute rates. Please be aware of higher prices in high and peak seasons which include school holidays and Christmas / New Years. All prices for these seasons will show the price including any surcharges so there will be no extra or hidden costs in the accommodation showing.

Only a 25% deposit by credit card is required at the time of booking if booking on line. If you prefer to pay by direct credit or would prefer to give us credit card details over the telephone DO NOT use the booking sheet. You must call us direct and we will book this in for you and advise how to make payments. Balance to Australian properties booked may de paid on arrival.

For International destinations we do not have all properties with their rates on line. With the help of our wholesalers in most quotes it is cheaper to request a quote which will also include usually breakfast and transfers. Quotes take 2 – 12 hours depending on time of request. We have to sleep sometime. There is a request a quote package button. Please click on this button and then fill in the details. Please give as much information as you can. Most properties in Australia do not have the kids stay and eat FREE policy. Some do, so check the listing. Most Overseas properties do have this option so please fill in the children's ages at time of travel.

We have listed where we can who does the stay pay deals. Some do stay 7 pay 5 and other do stay 10 pay 5 or very similar to these. As we have different wholesalers we will always give you the best rate being offered to us at that time of your stay

Not all properties are listed as this will take time to list and to contract with, but we can still get you prices if you have a particular property in mind. The other reason to ask for a package quote is the stay pay deals.

Auctions

You must register to bid on any auction.

The Auctions are usually run week to week but we do not run them everyweek

It is advisable for you to confirm that your dates of stay are available before you bid on the package being offered in the auction.

Holiday Me

Holiday Me is our way of working to your budget. We all love a holiday but in these times is seems harder to get one. Click on the link and fill in the form. This usually takes 2 – 3 days for the properties to respond.

For overseas properties please give as much information as you can on location, type of accommodation, how may people & ages of children.

Please be aware that we will ignore ridiculous requests. You will not find a 2 or 3 bedroom beachfront apartment for $100.00 per night in the Christmas holidays.
